Congratulations to our award winners Wilf and Archie. Although it must be said that so many of the children excelled themselves during our 'Big Write' and created some stunning writing.

Congratulations also to Imogen who is the first pupil in the school to get her 400 dojo band!

A busy final week of this half term which included learning about Mary Anning and fossils, internet safety, writing instructions to make our ideal robot, which included robots which made beds, did homework and tidied up, and a whole week of maths shape work.

We reviewed our Accelerated Reader targets for the half term and are delighted with the overall results. Many children have reached their target and several have exceeded them and have amazed themselves. Keep reading over the half term children as we have already set you  new ones for the coming half term.

On Friday we were look at quarter, half, three quarter and whole turns, and relating them to 90, 180, 270 and 360 degrees. As you can see by the concentration on the children's faces it challenged their thinking skills.
